Who operates this website

The Lab stays in your browser
Inputs in the architecture, JSON, decision and programming tools are processed in your browser. They are not uploaded to this website or sent to an AI service. Copying a result or exporting a diagram is an action you choose. Python runtime files are hosted with this website and load when you run a Python exercise.
Preferences and essential sessions
The theme switch saves your colour preference in browser local storage. Without a saved choice, the site follows your device setting. The contact form and private admin use separate essential security sessions with HTTP-only cookies. You can clear these preferences and sessions through your browser's site-data controls.
Contact messages and email
The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type and message, together with submission and consent timestamps. I use these details to respond and follow up on correspondence, not to subscribe you to a marketing list or publish your details. Messages are stored in the website's private database and shown in the protected admin inbox. Access is restricted to the site owner and authorised service providers as needed to operate the website.
The primary server is hosted in Germany through MihanWebHost. Hosting providers may keep operational logs containing IP addresses and request details. The application's anti-spam counters use temporary keyed hashes of connecting addresses rather than storing raw IP addresses in contact records.
When email notifications are enabled, a scheduled task sends a copy of a saved message through the configured mail provider over encrypted SMTP to my mailbox. Sending and receiving email providers handle those copies. A delivery failure does not remove the original message from the website inbox.
How long messages are kept
Current inbox setting: No automatic expiry.
No automatic expiry means messages remain available until manually deleted, subject to hosting storage limits. If a retention period is enabled, older messages, including archived messages, may be permanently removed during contact processing, notification tasks or cleanup. Archiving does not extend that period. Messages being processed for email delivery are retained until that processing finishes.
I can review and permanently delete individual website messages when they are no longer needed. Deleting a message from the website does not delete delivered email copies or backups; these have separate retention arrangements. Contact me through the form or LinkedIn if you want to discuss deletion.

Fonts and assets
Fonts, icons, illustrations and Python runtime files are hosted with this website. Visiting a page does not contact a remote font service.
